If I was at rock bottom right now…
At my worst, 24/7 anxiety took over. Simple day-to-day tasks felt impossible. At one point, I even felt unsafe in my own house all because one panic attack frayed my nervous system that deeply.
Top that with days, weeks and months of checking in on myself, just hoping to get through this hell.
I found myself getting worse, and it wasn’t overnight it was a process that compounded over time.
Fighting it and trying to outthink my way out of the situation just made things 10x worse. And when you think it can’t get any worse, another scary, fearful symptom comes along.
Not many men experience this level of anxiety, but if you are, the last thing you need is to feel sorry for yourself.
You need answers.
Why?
Because all the confusion and worry is feeding the nerves and panic right now. If you get a clear understanding, you can give your body and mind the rest it needs to step into the recovery process.
That’s why I’ve written a book called Turbulence, which you can get a copy of below. Or failing that, I write as much as I can in these blogs to help.
After the knowledge, you need a lifestyle change in most cases.
Drinking, binge eating and inactivity are like adding fuel to a fire. Your nervous system needs a chance to recover and to bring down the inflammation.
But it’s not just a case of eating healthy foods and away you go. You need to look at the bigger picture.
I speak about having a purpose something that gives your mind a focus on a subject that matters for your future growth. Something that helps you get your life back.
To support that business you were once growing, when now you can’t even go to the supermarket without having a panic attack.
To summarise, if my life was full of anxiety and it was ruining everything, I’d do two things:
Get answers
Fix my lifestyle and take action today
I’ve written a book called Turbulence that solves point one.
I’ve also created the Turbulence Nutrition System, which you can only get after buying the book first.
Why?
Because without understanding what’s happening, eating better will help but it will only mask the problem until it comes back with a vengeance.
You can grab the book below.

If anxiety appeared out of nowhere and nothing makes sense, this book explains what’s actually happening.
